Kindred Construction – North Vancouver – System One Floor Solutions was primarily brought in to install our Green Product Radiant Floor Topping – Darotopp.  The secondary request was to coat the topping using a high performance cementitious coating, colorize and seal.

A microtopping is a thin trowel decorative concrete overlay designed to give you a new canvas on a concrete slab or topping.
ARDEX SD-M™ is a cement based coating designed for the interior applications to achieve many different types of looks. It is perfect for the renovation of old concrete or can be used to finish the existing surface to achieve a certain design aesthetic. ARDEX SD-M™ is a single component system made of polymer and cementitious powders.

Materials – Darotopp  [Learn More] , ARDEX SD-M™ micro topping [View Specs] with custom mixed water based stains.

Luis Building

Luis Building 1321 Richards – Vanmar Contractors

Originally an exposed concrete topping was poured in place that was not up to the owners standards.
System One Floor Solutions met on site to review Vanmar’s client concern(s) about the finish. System One Floor Solutions Inc. was able to install a cementitious micro topping that solved both the visual aesthetic and Vanmar’s concern about raising the current floor elevation.
