System One Floor Solutions is an ARDEX LevelMaster Elite Installer®. A microtopping is a thin trowel decorative concrete overlay designed to give you a new canvas on a concrete slab or topping.
ARDEX SD-M is a cement based coating designed for the interior applications to achieve many different types of looks. It is perfect for the renovation of old concrete or can be used to finish the existing surface to achieve a certain design aesthetic. ARDEX SD-M is a single component system made of polymer and cementitious powders.
Materials – Ardex SDF [View Specs] patching material and Ardex SDM [View Specs] micro topping and custom stains.

This floor was installed by our Levelmaster Elite installers using a 100% engineered topping and polishing system developed by Ardex Engineered Cement and Diamatic Grinding and Polishing Systems.
Product Capabilities:
Installs from 1/4” to 2” in one operation, and up to 5” with the addition of aggregate. ARDEX PC-T hardens fast due to its unique self-drying formulation – it can be polished in as little as 24 hours. Use ARDEX PC-T to provide a hard, flat, smooth surface that can be polished. ARDEX PC-T is ideal in areas such as retail stores, schools, warehouses, airports and all interiors that will receive a polished concrete surface.

System One Floor Solutions Inc. worked closely with KBW Construction to ensure the homeowners dream of decorative concrete over radiant concrete floors could be achieved. The science behind radiant floor heating is quite simple: Tubes that circulate hot water or electrical heating elements are installed in the concrete slab when it’s poured, turning the thermal mass of the concrete into an inconspicuous radiator of warm, even heat.
