The end user was excited to have an antiqued appearance to her new store. System One Floor Solutions Inc. achieved this look for the client by laying different cementitious coatings and applying numerous water based stains. We then designed a logo for the main entrance and installed it into to cementitious topping.

After numerous meetings with Dominion Construction, Julie Shaw and their design team System One Floor Solutions Inc. was able to design a one of a kind flooring system that met the stringent requirements of Dominion Construction and satisfy their clients very involved design input requirements. To ensure complete satisfaction we created a 500 square foot on site sample that exceeded all expectations.
Scope of work: 26,000 square feet of decorative concrete on the main floor “Shaw Street.”
The client, Julie Shaw was so delighted with our service and workmanship that Shaw now only uses Ardex Engineered Cements on all of their projects. Shortly after we completed this project we then received the go ahead for the Shaw Vancouver Studio

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
System One Floor Solutions Inc. was hired by NVR Construction to create a decorative concrete floor that resembled the look of Abercrombie & Fitch. The existing floor condition was in very poor shape. We applied 3/8’ underlayment and then Ardex SDM Grey and Ardex ADM White mixed on site to achieve the result the client was looking for.

Telefilm Canada wanted to achieve a pure white finished concrete surface that still had an organic feel. This was a very challenging project due to the fact that pure white floors with out using tinted white epoxies are difficult to achieve. We used a cementious white micro topping and after several coats we were able to turn over a finished floor that the client was extremely happy with.
