Kindred Construction – Vancouver – System One Floor Solutions was brought in on this project at the design stage. The home owner wanted a custom seamless decorative concrete floor.
Materials – Ardex EP2000 Crack Suppression System [View Specs] , Ardex SDT Engineered Cement, Ardex SDM micro topping [View Specs] with custom mixed water based stains.
PUMA Vancouver – 3500 square feet
SAJO Construction Inc. – System One Floor Solution Inc. is an Ardex Levelmaster Elite applicator. All of our technicians have been factory trained by Ardex. SAJO contacted SOFS for this exact reason. PUMA has a national specification that Ardex SDT Grey is to be applied in all of their new locations. We completed this project on time and on budget for SAJO.

FootLocker Kitsilano Location – NVR Construction
System One Floor Solutions Inc. was hired by NVR Construction to create a decorative concrete floor that resembled the look of Abercrombie & Fitch. The existing floor condition was in very poor shape. We applied 3/8’ underlayment and then Ardex SDM Grey and Ardex ADM White mixed on site to achieve the result the client was looking for.

Telefilm Canada – CDC Construction
Telefilm Canada wanted to achieve a pure white finished concrete surface that still had an organic feel. This was a very challenging project due to the fact that pure white floors with out using tinted white epoxies are difficult to achieve. We used a cementious white micro topping and after several coats we were able to turn over a finished floor that the client was extremely happy with.
